ORDER PROCESSING

At our company, we take great care in processing and preparing each order for shipment. Our order processing time varies depending on the item’s availability and customization requirements:

  • For in-stock items: We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
  • For out-of-stock or customized items: Processing may take up to one week before the item is ready for shipment.

All orders are shipped from our production facility located in North Macedonia.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIMEFRAME

We offer two primary shipping methods to cater to your needs:

1. Standard Shipping 

Our standard shipping option provides a cost-effective way to receive your items:

  • Within the European Union (EU): Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • International destinations: Delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on factors such as customs clearance procedures and the specific zip code of the destination.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, orders may experience some delay due to increased shipping volume.

2. DHL Express (Premium Option)

For customers who require faster delivery, we offer DHL Express shipping:

  • Within the EU: Next-day delivery in most cases.
  • Worldwide: 2-4 business days to your door, with flexible delivery timing to suit your schedule.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our global customer base. However, please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to your order when it enters your country. While we strive to minimize additional charges, we cannot guarantee that your order will be exempt from these fees.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

As an international customer, it’s important to understand that:

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Returns

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We are happy to exchange items under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within a few days of delivery.
  • The item has not been used, worn, or washed.
  • The product is in its original condition, including all authenticity tags and textile labels.
  • There are no signs of usage, stains, or any other marks on the item.
EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team for return instructions.
  • Clearly communicate the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item (size or different product).
  • Wait for approval and specific return instructions before sending the item back.
  • Package the item securely, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your exchanged item.
REFUNDS

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds. However, in exceptional circumstances:

  • We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
CANCELATIONS
